Customizable Packages: We are happy to tailor the tour to suit your budget and preferences. Please note that any changes in airfare, hotel charges, or service fees will be added to the final cost.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Hotel check-in is at noon, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please adhere to hotel meal timings, as we cannot accommodate missed meals.
- Weather and Road Conditions: Bad weather may affect your travel plans, and cancellations for flights, cabs, or buses are not under our control.
- Hill Station Hotels: Facilities at hotels in hill stations may differ from those in more urban locations.
- Itinerary Changes: If adjustments are needed, please inform us within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- Sightseeing Adjustments: If monuments or attractions are closed, sightseeing may be rescheduled.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- 25% cancellation fee after package confirmation.
- 30% cancellation fee within 10 days of the travel date.
- 70% cancellation fee within 5 days of the travel date.
- 100% cancellation fee within 3 days of the travel date.
